About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help children and families learn new skills and techniques using effective autism therapy
  • Create individualized treatment programs tailored to each child's needs
  • Lead a team of behavior technicians in a clinic-based setting with predictable schedules
  • Provide ABA services within an interdisciplinary care model
  • Carry a caseload of 8–12 patients
  • Partner with the Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership to drive outcomes
  • Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
  • Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing treatment plans
  • Coach and empower parents and caregivers on ABA-based principles and interventions
  • Coordinate care with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Illinois
  • Previous experience creating individualized treatment plans, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatment goals
  • Previous experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
