About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and further develop our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms)
- Strategically grow our brand and the organization’s digital visibility
- Design and implement creative marketing and communication campaigns
- Develop content and storytelling concepts
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Analyze and optimize campaigns based on relevant KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign management
- Proven experience developing and implementing larger-scale marketing campaigns
- Excellent understanding of brand building, positioning, and storytelling
- Proficiency with Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Creativity combined with analytical thinking
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent written and spoken German (C1)
