About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and shape real estate-focused project support initiatives
  • Support real estate project management and financial analysis
  • Develop and implement financial models, cash flow forecasts, and investment strategies
  • Prepare investment memoranda, operational assessment reports, and client presentations
  • Conduct due diligence for complex transactions and provide strategic recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, real estate management, or related fields
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage and mentor a team
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering superior results
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required by client engagements
  • Ability to multitask in a time-pressured, urgent environment
  • Excellent financial, analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Highest ethical standards and credibility
  • Exceptional business judgment and character
  • Ability to independently develop and write superior-quality work product with limited oversight
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • Must be willing to travel as warranted by client service requirements
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be flexible to work outside the 8:30am–5:30pm business hours if needed
  • Must be flexible to travel
  • CFA, CTP, CIRA, and FINRA credentials are a plus, not required
