About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advising customers on all aspects of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in client projects
- Analyzing customer-specific HR requirements
- Advising business departments on implementation
- Supporting projects through to completion
- Collaborating professionally with project and team members
- Working closely with developers on technical aspects
- Conducting requirements workshops and performing customizing, depending on the customer, project scope, and individual expertise
- Developing complex interfaces to systems outside SAP
- Taking on project leadership responsibilities or contributing to larger project teams, depending on the project
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in (business) information systems, natural sciences, vocational training in application development, or comparable professional experience
- Professional experience in consulting or as an end user of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors EC/ECP
- Interest in gaining deeper insight into the SAP world and developing a better understanding of code
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to finding solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent German language skills
- Good English language skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business
- Experience with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors EC/ECP, and ideally PA, OM, PT, or PY
