About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise customers on all aspects of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in customer projects
- Analyze customer-specific HR-related requirements
- Advise business departments on implementation and support projects through to completion
- Conduct requirements workshops and perform SAP Customizing
- Develop complex interfaces to non-SAP systems
- Take on project leadership or contribute to larger project teams, depending on the project
- Exchange expertise with project and team members
- Work closely with developers on technical aspects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in (business) informatics, natural sciences, vocational training in application development, or equivalent professional experience
- Professional experience in consulting or as an end user of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Employee Central/Employee Central Payroll
- Interest in gaining a deeper understanding of the SAP ecosystem and its underlying code
- Ability to work independently and strong team spirit
- Very good German and good English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally; business travel is generally infrequent
- Customer-oriented approach to work
