Key responsibilities & impact
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, supply agreements, and purchasing agreements
  • Ensure contracts comply with Jabil's internal policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, engineering, and finance to understand contractual needs and provide guidance on terms and conditions
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, renewal, and termination using contract management systems
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks, escalating complex legal issues to senior legal counsel
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation
  • Assist in developing and implementing contract templates and standard operating procedures
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters
  • Participate in legal department special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience and qualifications sufficient to draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, supply agreements, and purchasing agreements
  • Knowledge of contract compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, procurement, engineering, and finance departments
  • Experience using contract management systems
  • Ability to identify and mitigate contractual risks and escalate complex legal issues to senior legal counsel
  • Ability to maintain accurate contract records and documentation
  • Ability to assist with contract templates and standard operating procedures
  • Ability to provide training and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters
