About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with the VP Transformation to connect S&P workstreams, markets, functions, and enabling teams
- Coordinate market and functional activation activities across Coupa, operations, change/comms, countries, readiness milestones, workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain the consolidated program plan, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and action tracking
- Monitor activation readiness, identify gaps or risks, and drive follow-up with accountable workstream owners
- Coordinate program meetings, leadership updates, working sessions, agendas, materials, decisions, and action follow-through
- Identify and coordinate cross-workstream dependencies, handoffs, and sequencing
- Maintain risks, issues, decisions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution
- Facilitate connectivity across S&P, Finance, GSS, markets, Change, Technology, and other impacted teams
- Consolidate workstream updates into dashboards, status reports, and leadership-ready progress summaries
- Reinforce accountability for commitments, deliverables, decisions, and timelines across the transformation
