About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the product management team
  • Translate business priorities and student needs into clear product plans
  • Manage, coach, and develop product managers
  • Own product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery across multiple products
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Content, and Marketing
  • Evaluate feasibility, dependencies, technical tradeoffs, and timelines with the technology team
  • Establish requirements, success metrics, and accountability for initiatives
  • Use customer research, product analytics, and experiments to guide decisions
  • Improve product development processes and align stakeholders
  • Own outcomes including adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience leading product managers—not only managing individual products
  • Strong technical understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, and data
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Track record of launching and improving digital products with measurable results
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and engineering capacity
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and coordinating across time zones
  • Strong leadership, sound judgment, and ability to resolve disagreements constructively
  • Preferred: experience in education technology, subscription businesses, or consumer digital products
  • Preferred: experience with experimentation, onboarding, and conversion optimization
  • Preferred: previous engineering experience or a technical educational background
