About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery across concurrent projects, owning planning, risk management, scheduling and roadmap visibility.
Keep cross-functional teams aligned throughout delivery.
Line manage a small team of producers through 1-on-1s, coaching, performance feedback and development support.
Identify and mitigate strategic risks, building contingency plans and scenario models.
Drive operational standards by establishing and refining processes and methodologies.
Facilitate alignment across departments and stakeholders.
Communicate through stakeholder updates, team facilitation, planning sessions and cross-functional problem solving.
Rally teams through uncertainty, remove blockers and foster clarity, collaboration and accountability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in games production is essential; understanding of the game development lifecycle and experience leading delivery in a senior or lead capacity.
Recent, hands-on producer delivery experience alongside line management.
Demonstrated experience line managing producers, including coaching, performance feedback and developing production craft.
Deep expertise in delivery methodologies.
Strong risk management skills, including scenario planning and dependency management.
Ability to communicate complex delivery realities clearly to senior stakeholders.
Live service or multiplayer game experience is a strong advantage.
