Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in FinTech / lending / payments
  • Mandatory: experience shipping credit products at a LatAm digital lender (e.g., ADDI, Stori, Aflore, Finkargo, Creditas, or similar)
  • Experience with loan origination, including amortization schedules (Price / SAC), interest accrual, and automated credit decisioning
  • Experience with credit bureau integrations (e.g., Serasa, Boa Vista, Buró de Crédito, Datacrédito, TransUnion)
  • Experience with collections state machines and portfolio monitoring
  • Knowledge of funding structures (FIDC or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of LatAm consumer credit regulation
  • Reproducibility discipline: pinned dependencies, containers, seeded runs, and documented parameters
  • Public writing samples demonstrating technical explanation to publication standard
  • Ability to write clear, production-quality code examples in Go and TypeScript / Node.js
  • Professional written English
