About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Jasper’s customer story and social-proof engine end to end
  • Run the customer story pipeline from sourcing through legal and brand approval to publication
  • Publish four customer stories per quarter and build a bench of referenceable accounts
  • Own the reference database and process for Sales and Customer Success
  • Recruit, brief, and prepare customers for analyst evaluations, research, and press
  • Use AI for first drafts, transcript synthesis, and asset variants
  • Own the byline, webinar, podcast, and joint-session calendar
  • Partner with Content & Communications and agencies to publish on schedule
  • Supply customer insight and story material to the community hub and self-paced learning team
  • Run four User CABs and two Executive CABs annually
  • Design CAB sessions, run-of-show, speaker recruitment and preparation, content, and post-event asset capture
  • Develop customer on-site workshop programming with Customer Success
  • Create content for trends dinners and customer webinars
  • Deploy proof assets and referenceable champions across pre-sale, post-sale, and enterprise sales programs
  • Design cross-pollination between experiential moments, prospect conversations, and customer moments
  • Identify notable account activity with Customer Success and Forward Deployed teams
  • Measure 90-day product behavior change and pre/post usage deltas
  • Report quarterly on account coverage, stakeholder depth, retention, expansion and services pipeline, and advocacy conversion
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations on reporting and advocacy definitions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8-12 years in customer marketing, advocacy, content marketing, or communications at a B2B SaaS company
  • Meaningful enterprise experience
  • Portfolio of customer stories sourced and shepherded through enterprise legal, brand, and communications approval
  • Experience running a high-touch, executive-level in-person program such as an advisory board, customer council, or summit
  • Strong writing and editorial instincts
  • Comfort with senior stakeholders, including CMO-level customers and company executives
  • AI-forward operating style and experience using AI to remove production work
  • Measurement fluency with cohort comparisons, usage data, and attribution
  • Cross-functional credibility with Sales and Customer Success
  • Familiarity with martech or the AI category
  • Experience with analyst relations
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Role requires at least two years of valid U.S. work authorization
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–25%
