About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with senior leadership to source and screen candidates for JCW internal openings
  • Conduct initial screening calls and manage candidate pipelines from application through offer stage
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and gather feedback from hiring managers

  • Support client placements by partnering with senior recruiters during slower periods
  • Learn to manage external recruitment pipelines and understand client relationship dynamics
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support office operations as needed
  • Support onboarding initiatives for new hires
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to build recruitment expertise

Requirements
