About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support project-level efforts to integrate prefabrication work under direction from a Prefabrication Integration Manager
  • Track and record prefabrication-related project metrics and conduct basic analysis
  • Address questions and provide resources to project teams
  • Implement prefabrication best practices through presentations, training and individual conversations
  • Communicate potential process and resource changes to prefabrication management
  • Develop knowledge of prefabrication resources, implementation guides and best practices
  • Engage cross-functionally with field, operations, Lean, Design, Pre-Construction, Virtual Design & Construction and Scheduling teams
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for integration and collaborate with Prefabrication leadership on actionable recommendations
  • Support one or multiple projects while collaborating with a Prefabrication Leader

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or related field (Preferred)
  • Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of the preferred degree
  • 0-2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing and/or construction environment (Preferred)
  • Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate organizational skills
  • Ability to conduct effective presentations
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
  • Interest in integrating prefabrication and manufacturing processes into commercial construction
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and construction processes
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • May require extensive travel
  • Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs
  • Background screening and drug-free workplace requirements
