About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Improve the revenue operations process
- Support the finance leadership vision
- Partner with Client management teams
- Perform revenue recognition across products, clients and services
- Manage client financials, including forecasts, profitability, receivables and account financial hygiene
- Set up client projects, analyze contracts and create document process guides
- Support General Ledger month-end revenue and net revenue reconciliations and resolve queries
- Support Accounts Payable cost-of-sale reconciliations and ensure costs are correctly recorded
- Assist Accounts Receivable with client account reconciliations and align revenue and billing information with contract commercials and payment milestones
- Support audits, identify risk areas and help resolve challenges
- Support FP&A monthly reporting of client revenue and net revenue
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of revenue recognition, billing operations and accounting standards and procedures
- Familiarity with marketing and digital media agencies
- Google Marketing Platforms experience is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines throughout the month-end timetable
- Client-centric approach to managing internal stakeholders and client demands
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and various platforms used at Jellyfish
- Resume must be submitted in English
- Legal right to work and remain in the advertised country and location
- Comfortable working in English on a daily basis
