About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report to the Senior Paid Social Manager and contribute to the Paid Media capability
Manage daily paid digital media campaigns across social networks for key clients, focusing on revenue and profit growth while managing within budget targets
Manage paid digital media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
Identify incorrect implementations and opportunities to improve campaign results
Assist with validation and audits of campaigns within the team
Produce client reports
Work with the internal Client Management team to support smooth work implementation
Attend client meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent level of English and Spanish
At least 6 months of experience activating and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest Ads
Ability to maintain complex spreadsheets, such as in Excel, and process large amounts of data
Ability to adapt strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances

No educational degree is required; skills, expertise, and behavioural attributes are emphasized over traditional degrees
