About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run marketing and business projects influencing Jiffy's P&L and own go-to-market execution for assigned initiatives
  • Drive AI-led marketing across site, lifecycle, paid, and organic channels
  • Design complete lifecycle CRM flow specifications, including segments, triggers, cadence, and message outlines
  • Build and run promotion calendars, including offers, coupon or store-credit mechanics, reminder series, and audience segmentation
  • Run giveaways and sample programs from specification through readout
  • Plan and launch paid-media support within existing allocations, covering audiences, creative angles, pacing, and measurement
  • Manage the weekly creative queue and brief designers, agencies, and production vendors
  • Review AI-generated copy and imagery and verify claims, pricing, and links before publication
  • Create site requirements for homepage cards, banners, promotions pages, and pop-ups; confirm launches
  • Build landing pages, QR-coded inserts, and email banners; support SEO content
  • Execute repricing across product variants and perform rollbacks when required
  • Convert approved initiatives into briefs, Jira tickets, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and business cases
  • Pressure-test assumptions, secure cross-functional commitments, sequence work, and drive initiatives to completion in Jira and Confluence
  • Provide General Manager with P&L inputs, including promotion costs, store-credit liability, CAC, ROAS, retention, repeat rate, AOV, and promotion margins
  • Own weekly performance reads for paid media, lifecycle, promotions, deliverability, and own-brand search share
  • Turn recurring work into saved queries, reusable prompts, or agents
  • Ensure every initiative has coverage across site, lifecycle, paid, organic/SEO, customer service, partner communications, and measurement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4 to 8 years in e-commerce, growth, business operations, strategy or consulting, or a general-management track, including direct experience working on an e-commerce business
  • Hands-on marketing execution: built at least one triggered lifecycle flow (email or SMS) and run at least one paid campaign
  • Ability to read a P&L, identify revenue and margin levers, and supply promotion, acquisition or retention inputs
  • Experience briefing and managing at least one designer, agency or production vendor to a delivered result
  • Experience writing requirements that engineers or an outside vendor built without in-person guidance
  • Regular use of AI tooling, with at least one reusable workflow built
  • Numeric defensibility: ability to produce figures from spreadsheets, identify their source, and explain what could make them wrong
  • Experience carrying at least one cross-functional project to launch where delivering teams did not report to you
  • Excellent written communication, including delivering inconvenient news to someone senior in one page
  • Already authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to work hybrid from the Dallas or Irvine office
  • Preferred: direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience with multiple product lines on one site, ideally apparel
  • Preferred: fluency in at least two of Google, Meta, Microsoft or Pinterest Ads; Klaviyo or comparable lifecycle platform; Mixpanel or comparable product analytics; SQL
  • Preferred: shipped site, landing-page or SEO changes directly
  • Preferred: experience at a bootstrapped, profitable, or resource-disciplined company
