About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and prioritize a portfolio of client relationships
- Keep client records current, organized, and reflective of each relationship's status
- Run a consistent, planned cadence of client touchpoints
- Serve as a trusted, professional point of contact for clients
- Coordinate internally with attorneys and firm staff as needed
- Design and refine client engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with Marketing on content and required clearances
- Identify and qualify genuine opportunities within the client portfolio
- Hand qualified opportunities to the appropriate team with full context
- Partner with Sales and business development to move qualified opportunities forward
- Track engagement activity and outcomes
- Share insights with Service, Sales, and Marketing
- Own the client experience across the firm's book of business and identify ways to create growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, retention, or relationship-focused marketing or sales, ideally in professional services or B2B
- Comfortable with CRM and campaign/pipeline tools (Salesforce, or comparable platforms preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism to represent the firm to established clients
- Sound judgment for identifying and qualifying genuine opportunities
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with equivalent experience
