About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Propose and implement continuous improvements to the control and management of the department’s contracts, including compliance audits, performance measurements, risk and cost assessments, and process reviews
- Develop and maintain up-to-date strategic planning for activities using project management and planning tools such as Microsoft Planner and To Do
- Develop and deliver training related to assigned responsibilities
- Lead operational and process improvement projects
- Provide technical support and guidance to Junior Analysts, administrative assistants, and administrative aides
- Contribute to the achievement of the department’s goals and objectives
- Oversee contract execution by monitoring clauses, deadlines, and risks
- Prepare and analyze financial reports on investments, costs, and expenses, comparing budgeted and actual figures
- Prepare informational documents and detailed reports with charts and control spreadsheets
- Produce periodic budget analysis reports and propose corrective and preventive actions
- Manage and monitor contracts using the contract management system
- Propose and implement improvements to processes, systems, and methodologies based on feasibility studies and benchmarking
- Monitor service delivery through frequent inspections, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective measures
- Organize and oversee payment processes, maintaining accurate financial records and compliant documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Knowledge of and experience in developing executive presentations
- Proficiency in CapEx and OpEx planning and preparation
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP
- Knowledge of contract administration, supplier management, and budgeting
- Experience in project management
