About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

负责电力设施设备的预防性维护保养，包括配电箱，空调系统，给排水系统，照明系统
负责客项目改造及装修工程的查验、交接、及遗留工程整改跟进等工作
负责专用消防，安防，弱电（含会议）系统的正常运行
协助设备供应商的定期维保及突发维修的工作安排
做好运行记录及维修记录，整理好相关的工程文档
协助客户现场进行会务布置，以及会务后的现场复原
完成项目主管安排的其他工作

Requirements

What you’ll need

3年以上相关物业维修或运行工作经验
持有电工上岗操作证
工作积极主动，具有良好的服务意识
良好的沟通能力及语言表达能力
中专以上学历，工程类相关专业
有大型高端物业服务经验
