About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver inclusive technology training across the firm, including induction, system rollouts, refresher learning and role-specific sessions
- Support technology learning and AI adoption plans
- Provide practical support for adoption of AI tools and responsible use
- Work with legal teams and business services to identify learning needs and develop AI and technology use cases
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System, training logistics and learner records
- Create and maintain learning materials, including guides, e-learning modules, videos, communications, prompt examples and exercises
- Coordinate learning schedules and communications
- Review and update training materials
- Support AI champions and subject matter contacts through resource sharing, feedback gathering and peer learning
- Assist with technology pilots and new releases through learning delivery, communications, feedback recording and follow-up actions
- Monitor attendance, assessments and feedback; maintain records and highlight themes or barriers
- Provide one-to-one and group support for Microsoft 365, AI and legal technology
- Produce technology tips, demonstrations and engagement content
- Keep current with AI, Microsoft 365, learning methods and legal technology developments
- Collaborate with IT teams and escalate questions or concerns when appropriate
