About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Track and update lead activity to support reporting and business development efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 year of experience working as an Intake Specialist
  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead management platforms
  • Experience handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow up consistently
  • Comfortable working with social media platforms and online communications
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish
  • Lead qualification and intake management experience
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
