About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information
  • Contact clients regarding documentation, updates, and requests
  • Support phone communications and client interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role and/or related Bachelor's degree in legal studies
  • Advanced/native-level English skills (both written and spoken)
  • Estate planning drafting experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience using WealthCounsel is highly preferred
  • Experience with client communication and lead follow-up
  • Ability to maintain accurate digital client files and documentation
  • Estate planning document drafting
  • Probate and trust administration knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
