About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process ongoing rental accounting
- Create and manage outstanding receivables
- Ensure the accurate execution of dunning runs
- Handle payment transactions
- Prepare monthly statements for property owners (SEV)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training as a financial accountant, commercial training, or training as a real estate agent (m/f/d)
- Knowledge of real estate accounting or financial accounting; career changers are welcome
- Strong affinity for numbers and a meticulous working style
- Very good PC skills, including MS Office
- Initial experience with property management banking software is an advantage, but not required
