About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and scale business operations
- Hire, train, and empower the team to perform and excel
- Manage client onboarding, including verification of licences and technical integration readiness
- Monitor and analyze performance, delivering remedies to possible issues
- Build and maintain relationships with third parties, including auditors, banks, regulatory bodies, and other business-critical contacts
- Participate in compliance operations with the MLRO, including regulatory reporting and audits requested by regulators
- Prepare investor-grade statements and reporting
- Roll out back-office tools and procedure manuals
- Create and enhance processes
- Report directly to the founders
- Help build and scale the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree
- Strong drive to progress professionally
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- 3+ years in a leadership role in iGaming or Fintech
- Experience of working in regulated iGaming (MGA is a plus)
- Experience from B2B platform ops or risk and bankroll management
- Experience preparing for and running external audits in a regulated entity
- Process- and procedures building skills
- Data-driven with a penchant for creating queries and models to challenge or verify results
- Understanding of BCT
- Excellent understanding of GGR & NGR mechanics
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Detailed CV in English
