About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide accounting services to clients, liaising with them and handling various requests in a timely manner
Supervise and coach junior accountants, including reviewing their deliverables
Plan deliverables for a client portfolio, work on own initiative, prioritise work, and meet deadlines
Report to management with portfolio updates and assist in monitoring team economics
Prepare accountancy files for audit and liaise with client auditors
Prepare management accounts in accordance with relevant accounting frameworks
Assist with presenting management accounts to clients
Prepare and submit clients' VAT Returns and Recap Declarations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates must be fully qualified accountants
Candidates must have a minimum of three years of local work experience in a similar role
Familiarity with payroll processes will be considered an asset
Foundational knowledge of VAT regulations is required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams is essential
Proficiency in standard office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is required
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
