About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle advisory and litigation matters from start to finish across regulatory and transactional work
Act as a trusted adviser to international operators in iGaming, technology, automotive, pharmaceuticals, telecoms and media
Develop and lead one or more specialisations, including data protection, IP and IP management, gaming regulation, AI and EU digital regulation, or technology contracts
Mentor junior team members
Help shape the department's knowledge, processes and use of legal technology
Build an external profile through publications, speaking engagements, comparative guides and the firm's TMT series

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fully warranted Lawyer
5+ years of post-qualification experience in TMT, IP, or a related field
Full professional proficiency in both English and Maltese, written and spoken
Proven expertise in one or more of the department's core areas
Able to work independently and under pressure
Results-oriented and interested in legal and technological developments
A genuine interest in growing your own profile and that of the firm
Only candidates already based in Malta will be considered
