About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure the grants management system according to client needs and workflow specifications
- Set up system modules, user roles, forms, business rules, permissions, and automation paths
- Ensure configuration changes follow internal standards and maintain platform integrity
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve configuration-related issues
- Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
- Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot workflow or setup inconsistencies
- Work with client-facing teams to understand agency requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Communicate configuration logic to non-technical stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain configuration documentation and update knowledge bases
- Participate in QA testing for updates, releases, and new features
- Ensure implementations meet compliance, functional, and user experience expectations
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to close feedback loops
- Suggest improvements to workflow efficiency and configuration processes
- Support onboarding of new clients through platform setup and data alignment
