About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure the grants management system according to client needs and workflow specifications.
Set up system modules, user roles, forms, business rules, permissions, and automation paths.
Ensure configuration changes follow internal standards and maintain platform integrity.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve configuration-related issues.
Collaborate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot workflow or setup inconsistencies.
Work with client-facing teams to understand agency requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and guide them through configuration logic.
Prepare and maintain configuration documentation and update knowledge bases.
Participate in QA testing for updates, releases, and new features.
Ensure implementation meets compliance, functional, and user experience expectations.
Partner with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to close feedback loops.
Suggest improvements to workflow efficiency and configuration processes.
Support onboarding of new clients by assisting with platform setup and data alignment.
