About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in developing and executing the Group’s employer branding, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Assist in developing and implementing programs and initiatives supporting overall employee experience
- Ensure smooth implementation of employee engagement activities across the Group
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding, employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Assist with designing and implementing university engagement activities
- Support the Group’s talent acquisition initiatives
- Assist in implementing employee value proposition elements related to culture and wellbeing
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in employee experience and bring new ideas and approaches to the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related field, or HR-related professional qualification (PQHRM/CQHRM)
- Prior experience in designing and implementing employee experience initiatives that support employee engagement and wellbeing
- Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
