About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Replenish stock and keep shelves full and products correctly positioned
  • Fulfil online customer orders for home delivery
  • Reduce wastage through product due diligence and markdowns
  • Support checkout operations, Click & Collect orders, and on-demand customer orders
  • Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
  • Perform general shopkeeping tasks
  • Provide Partner-led customer service and support the wider shop team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years or over
  • Must be able to work at the specified West Ealing or Worcester Park location
  • Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers
  • Weekend availability
  • Availability for the specified night shifts
  • Customer-facing experience is welcomed
  • Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends is desirable
  • Flexible approach to support the whole branch

  • Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for time worked between 22:00–06:00
  • Pay rate increases to £14.80 per hour after 90 days
