About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide Partner-led service and passion for food to customers
  • Replenish stock and maintain shelf availability and product placement
  • Fulfil online customer orders for home delivery
  • Reduce wastage through product due diligence and markdowns near sell-by dates
  • Support checkout operations, Click & Collect orders and on-demand customer orders
  • Maintain a safe and tidy working environment through general shopkeeping tasks
  • Work with the wider shop team to keep operations efficient and productive

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years or over to apply
  • Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers
  • Customer-facing experience is welcomed
  • Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends
  • Flexible approach to support the whole branch
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week across seven days, including early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends, between 05:45 and 00:00
  • Ability to work in Rushden, Northamptonshire
