About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Partner-led service and passion for food to customers
- Replenish stock and keep shelves full and products correctly positioned
- Fulfil online customer orders for home delivery
- Reduce wastage through product due diligence and markdowns
- Support the wider shop team with checkouts, Click & Collect orders and on-demand customer orders
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
- Perform general shopkeeping tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years or over
- Must be able to work at the specified Greenwich and/or Barbican locations
- Greenwich: availability for varied days between 22:00 and 06:00
- Barbican: availability on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 23:00 and 07:00
- Communication skills to work effectively with the team and customers
- Customer-facing experience welcomed
- Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends
- Flexible approach to support the whole branch

Comp & perks- Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for time worked between 22:00 and 06:00
- Pay rate increases to £14.80 per hour after 90 days
