About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Partner-led customer service and passion for food
- Replenish stock and ensure products are correctly positioned
- Fulfil online customer orders for delivery
- Reduce wastage through product due diligence and markdowns
- Support the wider shop team with checkouts, Click & Collect orders and on-demand customer orders
- Maintain a safe, tidy and efficient shop environment
- Provide general shopkeeping support as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers
- Customer-facing experience welcomed
- Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends
- Flexible approach to support the whole branch
- Hampton Hill applicants must be 18 years or over due to working time regulations
- Ability to meet the advertised location requirements
- Availability for varied part-time hours across seven days, including early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends

Comp & perks- Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for time worked between 22:00–06:00
- Pay increases to £14.80 per hour after 90 days
