About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Partner-led customer service and passion for food
- Replenish stock and ensure products are correctly placed
- Fulfil online customer orders for delivery
- Reduce wastage through product due diligence and markdowns
- Support checkout operations
- Manage Click & Collect orders
- Fulfil on-demand customer orders
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
- Perform general shopkeeping tasks and support the wider shop team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years or over
- Must be able to work at the specified locations: Holloway Road, Bayswater, Barbican and Bloomsbury
- Holloway Road: availability Mondays 17:00–22:00 and Saturdays 07:00–15:00
- Holloway Road: availability for varied days between 19:30–23:30
- Bayswater: availability Sundays 08:00–16:00 and Tuesdays 16:00–00:00
- Bayswater: willingness to work varied short-term hours up to 15 hours per week
- Barbican: willingness to work varied short-term hours up to 37.5 hours per week, between 08:00–22:30
- Bloomsbury: willingness to work varied short-term hours up to 20 hours per week, between 13:30–22:30
- Communication skills to work effectively with customers and as part of a team
- Customer-facing experience is welcomed
- Up-to-date knowledge of and strong interest in food and drink trends is desirable
- Flexible approach to support the whole branch
Benefits
Comp & perks- Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for work between 22:00 and 06:00
- Pay rate increases to £14.80 after 90 days
