About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide Partner-led customer service and passion for food
- Replenish stock and maintain product placement
- Fulfil online customer orders for home delivery
- Reduce wastage through product due diligence and markdowns
- Support checkouts, Click & Collect orders and on-demand customer orders
- Maintain a safe, tidy and efficient shop environment
- Perform general shopkeeping tasks and support the wider shop team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers
- Ability to work at the specified locations: Edgware Road, High Holborn, Holloway Road, South Bank Tower, St Katharine Docks, or West Hampstead
- Availability for varied part-time hours across seven days, including early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends
- Customer-facing experience is welcomed
- Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends is desirable
- Flexible approach to support the whole branch is desirable
Benefits
Comp & perks- Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for time worked between 22:00–06:00
- Pay increases to £14.80 per hour after 90 days
