About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide Partner-led service and passion for food to Waitrose customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers
  • Ability to work at the specified locations: High Holborn and South Bank Tower
  • Availability for varied part-time hours across seven days, including early starts, late finishes, evenings, and weekends
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable
  • Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends is desirable
  • Flexible approach to support the whole branch is desirable
  • May be subject to pre-employment vetting, including DBS and financial probity checks where required

  • Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for work between 22:00–06:00
  • Pay increases to £14.80 per hour after 90 days
