About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers
  • Applicants for Hampton Hill shifts must be 18 years or over
  • Applicants for Richmond shifts must be 18 years or over
  • Availability across the advertised shift patterns, including early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends
  • Customer-facing experience welcomed
  • Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends desirable
  • Flexible approach to support the whole branch desirable

  • Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for work between 22:00–06:00
  • Pay increases to £14.80 per hour after 90 days
