About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide Partner-led customer service and passion for food
  • Replenish stock and maintain shelf availability and product placement
  • Fulfil online customer orders for delivery
  • Reduce wastage through product due diligence and markdowns
  • Support checkout operations, Click & Collect orders, and on-demand customer orders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years or over
  • Ability to work at the specified location and the advertised hours
  • Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers
  • Customer-facing experience welcomed
  • Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends
  • Flexible approach to support the whole branch

Comp & perks
  • Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for time worked between 22:00–06:00
  • Pay increases to £14.80 per hour after 90 days
