About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop 2D AutoCAD projects for corporate and residential environments
  • Develop interior design projects, including layouts, 3D models, views, and moodboards
  • Prepare project presentations, moodboards, board layouts, and reference panels
  • Conduct on-site technical measurements in offices, corporate facilities, apartments, and houses
  • Monitor deliveries and installations, identifying bottlenecks, recurring issues, and optimization opportunities
  • Monitor the execution, installation, and completion of furnished environments
  • Support client presentations and accompany the New Business team in meetings and technical site visits
  • Support the selection and curation of furniture from the John Richard and Tuim portfolios, considering durability, ergonomics, aesthetics, corporate standards, logistical feasibility, and suitability for the rental model
  • Work on corporate and residential projects, Home Staging, and Mobility initiatives, from the initial measurement through final delivery of furnished spaces

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Interior Design
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SketchUp
  • Basic knowledge of SketchUp Layout
  • Knowledge of visual presentation tools such as Photoshop, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting proposals and interacting with corporate and residential clients, facilities teams, and managers
  • Availability for on-site work in São Paulo (South Zone) and travel to client locations
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and practical applications of AI in productivity, design, and management
  • Interest in office design and/or the decoration and styling of properties, including Home Staging
  • Familiarity with the circular economy and sustainability as applied to corporate and residential environments
  • Commercial and furniture industry experience
  • Fluent English (conversational)
