About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, elicit, analyze, specify, document, and manage functional and non-functional system requirements.
Gather and model business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Develop user stories, use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts required for solution development.
Participate in product backlog refinement, supporting the prioritization and detailing of demands.
Act as an interface between business areas, the Product Owner, users, and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements.
Support solution design for new products, services, and system enhancements, aligned with business needs and established standards.
Participate in validating developed solutions, supporting user acceptance testing and verifying compliance with specified requirements.
Map and document business processes using modeling best practices.
Lead requirements elicitation, refinement, and validation meetings with stakeholders.
Support the identification of risks, impacts, and dependencies related to demands.
Ensure traceability between requirements, features, and delivered solutions.
Work closely with developers, architects, test analysts, UX professionals, and other members of the agile team.
Ensure compliance with the technical, methodological, and operational requirements established contractually.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Curso superior completo na área de Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
Experiência mínima de 3 (três) anos na identificação, definição e documentação de processos de negócio e de requisitos de software a serem implementados.
Experiência em levantamento, análise e especificação de requisitos funcionais e não funcionais.
Experiência na elaboração de histórias de usuário (User Stories), critérios de aceite e demais artefatos de requisitos.
Conhecimento em princípios e práticas de desenvolvimento de software ágil, incluindo Scrum e Kanban.
Conhecimento em técnicas de levantamento de requisitos.
Experiência em gestão e refinamento de backlog.
Capacidade de interação e negociação com múltiplos stakeholders.
Capacidade analítica para compreensão e modelagem de regras de negócio.
Conhecimento em experiência do usuário (UX).
Experiência com ferramentas de prototipação (Figma, Balsamiq ou similares).
Conhecimento em modelagem e documentação de processos de negócio (BPM).
Conhecimento em UML.
Conhecimento em SQL para consultas básicas.
Conhecimento em OpenAPI / Swagger.
Conhecimento em integrações entre sistemas e APIs REST.
Conhecimento em segurança de aplicações.
Experiência em projetos de desenvolvimento de software para a Administração Pública.
