Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience with data integration projects
- Knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of time management, risk management, financial and budget management, resource management, and communication management
- Knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Knowledge of development pipelines and software engineering
- Familiarity with development frameworks
- Knowledge of information technology, innovation, and IT governance
- Knowledge of negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving
- Knowledge of MTU, RNP, and USDE
- Graduate degree in IT or Project Management/Management (preferred)
- Knowledge of hybrid project management (preferred)
- Ability to identify solutions for developing technical models (preferred)
- Knowledge of change management competencies, knowledge management, organizational learning, integrated operations, resource and results management, problem-solving and decision-making, innovation, leadership and people management, strategic planning, and market relationships (preferred)
- CSM, PMP, SAFe, OKR, CSPO, PSM, or PSPO certifications (preferred)
