About the role

- Participate in client meetings to interview stakeholders and gather requirements
- Analyze and specify requirements for vendor contracting
- Map and design business processes
- Validate, verify, and test deliverables
- Track corrective requests during the warranty period
- Create documentation and conduct knowledge transfer for the post-production support team, using methodologies based on industry best practices
