About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary adoption and change-management point of contact for assigned control accounts through each agent/tool release cycle
  • Lead hands-on training, enablement sessions, and workshops for account teams adopting new AI agents or tools
  • Develop scripts for control accounts, monitor script adoption, and measure agent impact
  • Design and deliver account-specific change-management materials, communications, process documentation, and quick-reference cards
  • Identify account-level adoption blockers and escalate actionable recommendations
  • Support transitions from pilot/control-group use to broader production-scale rollout
  • Collect usability and adoption feedback through surveys, interviews, and observation
  • Synthesize feedback into insights for product, implementation, and vertical leadership teams
  • Track and report utilization metrics, adoption rates, and user sentiment
  • Recommend improvements to training content, rollout processes, and tool configurations
  • Build relationships with account leaders, key users, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Communicate release timelines, feature updates, and adoption milestones
  • Facilitate regular account-team touchpoints
  • Coordinate with leadership, product teams, and enablement functions on rollout priorities and success criteria
  • Maintain adoption dashboards and tracking mechanisms
  • Ensure handoff and knowledge transfer as accounts move to full deployment
  • Collaborate with Technology Advisory operations teams to align AI tool adoption with service delivery processes
  • Support scalable adoption playbooks and best practices for future rollouts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-7 years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation roles
  • Demonstrated experience in operations and technology operationalization, taking tools, platforms, or processes from pilot into scaled, production use
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience designing and delivering training and enablement programs for technical tools or process changes
  • Proven ability to collect, synthesize, and act on user feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Experience tracking adoption metrics, utilization data, and user sentiment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities and tools may shift rapidly
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and workstreams simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Preferred: experience with AI, machine learning, or automation tool rollouts
  • Preferred: familiarity with workplace technology platforms such as Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and workflow automation
  • Preferred: background in commercial real estate, corporate services, or workplace consulting
  • Preferred: knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or Lewin
  • Preferred: experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
  • Preferred: project management or agile methodology experience
