About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the site in accordance with agreed policies, procedures and contract scope
  • Assist with vendor management for janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, critical systems, HVAC and other site services
  • Support vendor contract procurement and ensure vendor contract and insurance compliance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and risk management policies
  • Coordinate with fitness, food services, security and capital projects teams
  • Support short- and long-term client projects, including moves, reconfigurations, events, safety, reception and mail services
  • Develop and manage client relationships and meet service levels, contract requirements and KPIs
  • Support programs and processes that reduce operating costs and increase productivity
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, monthly spend reports and financial targets
  • Manage vendor purchase orders, invoices and payments
  • Help develop and approve annual capital plans
  • Proactively manage site operations teams and participate in performance management and development planning
  • Lead, manage, develop and supervise teams delivering events
  • Provide onboarding, training and team building
  • Act as a facilities manager and JLL ambassador aligned with company values

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Property, Business or related field desirable
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related field
  • Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
