About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conducting and managing national and international valuation projects for individual properties and portfolios
  • Independently leading projects from initiation through completion
  • Managing resources, risks, and processes
  • Applying national and international valuation standards and methodologies (ImmoWertV / BelWertV, RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA)
  • Preparing valuation reports and market analyses in German and English
  • Working closely with the VRA Product Team to further develop products and data
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities in line with the OneJLL approach
  • Collaborating on projects across locations within Germany and with valuation teams across EMEA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed bachelor's or master's degree in real estate, business administration, economics, civil engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, particularly in commercial real estate
  • Progress toward MRICS / HypZert F qualification, or already holding MRICS / HypZert F certification
  • Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices
  • Experience leading teams or projects
  • Excellent MS Office and English language skills
  • Ability to work independently and a strong customer focus
