About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze institutional investor portfolios to identify white space opportunities for JLL's services across multiple asset types and markets
- Build and maintain capital execution pipeline tracking across all markets
- Coordinate updates with local market leaders and third-party teams
- Generate business intelligence reports for current and target investor clients
- Translate complex data into client-facing presentations and internal strategy insights
- Manage revenue tracking, opportunity input, conversion tracking, and work authorization completion with JBS teams
- Coordinate contract follow-up with Legal, stakeholder meeting scheduling, and sales enablement activities
- Maintain SharePoint resources and update marketing and training materials
- Compile case studies and assist with new employee onboarding and systems training
- Liaise between the national platform and local market leaders to communicate pipeline status and growth opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, operations management, or client-facing coordination within commercial real estate, financial services, or professional services
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfort learning multiple internal systems for pipeline tracking and reporting
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to organize complex portfolio data and produce executive-level reports and presentations
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders, markets, and timelines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
