About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, qualify, and advance commercial opportunities for JLL's Technical Development Program
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline across target verticals using Salesforce and existing account infrastructure
- Identify and prioritize prospective clients within target-vertical accounts and broader outreach pipelines
- Develop cold outreach strategies for net-new accounts
- Partner with JLL account managers and JREDD Business Unit Directors to surface eligible opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect fit, workforce model, LMS infrastructure, and training maturity
- Present TDP's value proposition to facilities, HR, learning and development, engineering, and executive buyers
- Navigate procurement, legal, and IT review cycles
- Develop tailored proposals covering tiers, module scope, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Ensure technical accuracy and delivery feasibility with JREDD leadership and JLL's Engineering COE
- Manage contract execution with JREDD operations and JLL legal
- Close opportunities against quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Contribute to sales materials and competitive positioning content
- Maintain accurate Salesforce opportunity records
- Deliver weekly pipeline updates to JREDD leadership
- Represent TDP at industry conferences, trade associations, and client events
- Monitor competitive developments in enterprise technical training and edtech
- Synthesize client feedback to inform the TDP product roadmap
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value contracts ($200K+ deal size)
- Experience selling to senior operational, HR/L&D, or real estate leaders at large enterprises (2,000+ employees)
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM for pipeline management and reporting
- Ability to travel up to 30% for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Background in enterprise learning technology, workforce development, technical training, or edtech sales (preferred)
- Familiarity with facilities management, building systems, or engineering operations (preferred)
- Prior experience in a professional services firm, real estate services company, or managed services environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of one or more TDP priority verticals: Healthcare, Industrial, Data Centers, Financial Services (preferred)
- Experience navigating enterprise procurement and legal processes, including MSA and SOW execution (preferred)
- Existing relationships within IFMA, BOMA, or similar FM industry associations (preferred)
