About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the comprehensive CMMS strategy
- Partner with client leadership to maximize system ROI and operational efficiency
- Serve as the primary client advisor for CMMS-related initiatives
- Present performance data, strategic recommendations, and system insights
- Lead the platform change management program
- Ensure adoption of new features and processes across account teams
- Manage the pipeline of system enhancements, configurations, and support escalations with internal platform teams
- Analyze system data to identify performance trends and generate actionable insights
- Develop KPI dashboards for stakeholders
- Identify, pilot, and scale best-in-class processes and system innovations
- Maintain oversight of the Corrigo platform, including data integrity, feature releases, and system health
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Facilities, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience managing CMMS/work order applications, preferably within a facilities management or performance management context
- Expert-level proficiency in the Corrigo CMMS platform, including configuration, reporting, and system optimization
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, performance reporting, and using data to drive strategic decisions
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with a process-oriented and data-driven mindset
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Preferred: Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
- Preferred: A strategic mindset combined with superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: A strong customer service orientation with experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients
