About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide direct management oversight for assigned retail properties
  • Maximize NOI and asset value on behalf of JLL clients
  • Develop, articulate, and implement business plans for each assigned property
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reports
  • Oversee contractors and maintenance personnel
  • Build tenant and client relationships to retain and expand business
  • Support the broker/agency leasing team
  • Maintain and update Emergency Response Manuals and hold regular tenant meetings
  • Manage properties consistently with JLL’s Core Practices and Standards of Excellence
  • Project and achieve budgeted financial goals
  • Support property marketing efforts
  • Ensure the Assistant Property Manager’s responsibilities are completed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Real Estate License
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.)
  • At least 5 years’ experience in retail property management
  • Multiple property responsibilities preferred
  • In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
  • Competency using Microsoft Office, navigating the internet, and general use of a personal computer
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
