Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Design, Art, Marketing, Writing, Business Administration, Social Communications, or equivalent work experience with portfolio of work and references required
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Expert-level Microsoft Office skills with advanced PowerPoint and SharePoint customization capabilities
  • Specialized expertise in communications strategy
  • Ability to work independently on complex initiatives requiring innovative solutions
  • Proven project management and team leadership experience
  • Track record of managing moderate resource allocations
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and negotiate across organizational levels
  • Strong business acumen with experience aligning communication strategies with commercial objectives
  • Cultural sensitivity and proven effectiveness in global, remote environments with diverse teams
  • User Experience (UX) design expertise and HTML email design and creation experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in a communications role
